the room was very clean. the bed was comfy. the bathroom included excellent toilet facilities. gluten free bread was provided each day at breakfast..
the hotel restaurant was closed because of a private party. there was no notice about this.

The hotel was newly refurbished. All the staff I met were friendly and professional. The location proved very convenient with many restaurants nearby (including a food hall) and it was about a 10-minute walk to the Main Square.
I found the soundproofing to be poor. The breakfast was not well organized. I also found the mattresses uncomfortable (they were too firm for my liking).

enchanting getaway
fresh fruit wonderful coffee heated floors
the included breakfast offered fresh fruit and wonderful coffee machines , all i could ever want. the hotel arranged a guide for us to wawel castle , she spoke english perfectly. the beds are comfortable and i enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms with the rainfall showers.

The room size was ample. Breakfast had good food. The location was very convenient. The staff was helpful with directions. The room had modern decor. Water dispenser located on each floor. I found it very convenient. The hotel.
The pillow softness did not quite suit my preference.
