i noticed our premium double room had high ceilings. the front desk staff arranged box lunches for our early days. the dining area was very pretty and the breakfast was excellent.
The air conditioner reaches a specific temperature and then stops working. The air becomes warm.

the breakfast buffet offers a great selection and the location is super. the main square is only a short walk away, its really near. i found the room decor beautiful and the staff very friendly. they were always ready to assist me with any needs.
the gym is quite small, it would benefit from additional equipment.

the fitness center includes two treadmills and also some free weights. the hotel provide a business center with computers and printers. guests are welcome to use these facilities at anytime during there stay, very useful.

the location was very close to the city center.
the room was too cold and i couldn't warm it up. one of the air conditioners wasn't working.. i had to ask for a heater. it was 16°c when i got there and only got to 20°c in the morning. the bathroom floor was also cold..

I found the staff attentive and friendly. The room was really spacious with high quality finishes. The bathroom had a lovely shower and a bath. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a warm welcome to the day with a wide selection.
The bar was closed , limiting evening options.
