the front desk lady was sooooo helpful when i needed to change my flight due to a medical emergency! i really appreciated her going above and beyond. the location was also perfect. the breakfast had a LOT of options, and i especially liked the fresh pastries.

the street outside was a little noisy at night, but it wasn't anything too disruptive.

my room was not great. the heating could not be adjusted and it was stuck at 25 degrees. the roof windows could not be opened because rain came straight in and they offered no temperature control.
