Solid stay with accessible amenities
hot water fresh towel prompt staff
The shower worked well, providing consistent hot water. I found a fresh towel and soap in the room upon arrival. The staff was prompt in addressing a minor request I had. It did not hinder my experience. I appreciated having these essentials readily available.
The stairwell was difficult to navigate. This may pose a challenge with mobility issues.

the building had a cool design. it was different from other places i have stayed (a nice change!). my breakfast was delivered on time. it came right to my room.
the room felt very small. i had little space to open my suitcases. also, the carpet in the room looked like it was not clean (i hope it was just the look).

great amenities near the university
equipped kitchen modern decor convenient location
the kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances and very clean. the decor was modern and matched the city's murals. i found i could easily buy groceries at sainsbury's just a short walk away. the location suited those visiting ulster university.
the room i booked was quite small, leaving limited space for luggage storage.

super clean accommodation cozy vibe fully equipped kitchen good communication
the accommodation was super clean and well cared for it had a cozy cute vibe. the style is modern with character. the facilities were nice and included a common room with a fully equipped kitchen. i met other guests and found the staff communicated well.
the room was quite small with limited space to fully open suitcases there was also some slight wear visible on the carpet in the room

a simple haven
superb location hot water fast wifi
the location was superb, it allowed easy walks around the area. hot water was consistently available in the shower, lovely after exploring. the wifi was fast, i could easily stream videos.

some minor issues during stay
missing remote rude receptionist
i found a couple things off, not major, but worth mentioning. the tv had no remote. it was a pain to change channels or adjust the volume. also, i did not appreciate them asking me to find the place myself. the receptionist even called me disgusting when i asked for directions. how rude is that?
