The premises were very clean. Staff were lovely. I found the young woman who checked me in was especially kind. The night porter was a gentleman, I appreciated this.
The grout around the shower and tiles was very grubby.

the check-in process was great. the room was lovely. i found the food to be great too. the staff were friendly and accommodating. i appreciated the central location of the hotel. the hotel car park made parking easy. being close to the shore was wonderful.

the location proved convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
My allocated room proved substandard. It was oppressively small (felt almost claustrophobic). additionally, the bathroom's condition was unacceptable. I noticed significant grime around the shower tiles. this impacted my comfort considerably.
