a good surprise near gare de lyon
efficient air conditioning clean room comfortable bed easy departure
My room included air conditioning which i found very efficient. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. i had a modern, clean room. the comfortable bed ensured restful nights after long days exploring. the proximity to gare de lyon made my early morning departure easy.
The elevator operated a bit slowly sometimes, particularly during peak hours. It caused slight delays.

mixed feelings about the stay
musty smell half eaten chocolates
the location was convenient for getting around, it was close to the train and metro station.
the carpets looked old and not very clean, i noticed a bit of a musty smell in the room. there was also a box of chocolates on the bed, but it was already half eaten, a little strange and unhygienic. these details.

The location offers easy access to Gare de Lyon. Free coffee is available on the ground floor, a nice perk. I appreciated that the reception was staffed around the clock. Plenty of restaurants are situated nearby.

small room poor soundproofing
the staff seemed helpful, especially when i needed directions.
The room was smaller than i anticipated (i wish i had known). i barely had space to open my suitcase. It felt cramped. i also noticed the soundproofing wasn't great, and i could hear street noise.

great location friendly staff private breakfast old carpet musty smell eaten chocolates
the location is great near the train station. staff was friendly to me. i liked the breakfast and how private it felt.
carpets seemed a little old and not so clean to me i think it gave the room a musty smell. there was a box of chocolates on our bed but it looked like someone already ate half of it. i think that's gross.
