the ground floor room was very comfy and tidy. i appreciated the decent tea bags. we had a good stay. plenty of places near by for food and drink.
the pillows were a little uncomfortable. i felt it impacted my sleep. it was a very slight inconvenience.

unclean spooncold room
i found several issues requiring attention. the provided spoon for tea was not clean. it was not changed during my entire stay. this happened in mid january. the room was cold. heating remained off overnight, so the room felt very cold during the night and into the morning.
