a lovely respite
clean room comfortable room decent tea convenient location
the ground floor room was very comfy and tidy. i appreciated the decent tea bags. we had a good stay. plenty of places near by for food and drink.
the pillows were a little uncomfortable. i felt it impacted my sleep. it was a very slight inconvenience.

the location was quiet. I found the staff helpful with early access to my room. i appreciated being able to check in ahead of the scheduled time and i was able to begin my activities without delay.
the spoon provided for tea was not clean, and it was not replaced .

the location was acceptable for reaching the city center
the spoon for my tea was dirty it wasnt changed the room was very cold as well the heating remained off overnight this made both night and morning quite unpleasant

The hotel was clean. The location near the city center was convenient. I also appreciated the availability of fresh milk each day. The host was helpful.
The room felt very basic. I thought the price was a little high for what I got. Reception was mostly unstaffed. The experience did not leave me feeling looked after.

unclean spoon cold room
i found several issues requiring attention. the provided spoon for tea was not clean. it was not changed during my entire stay. this happened in mid january. the room was cold. heating remained off overnight, so the room felt very cold during the night and into the morning.
