The staff was friendly. The breakfast suited my needs.
The room was not what I expected. Instead, I got a small room without them. I had to throw away the food I bought. This really spoiled my stay.

the apartment had two large bedrooms. there were also two large bathrooms. the living room was also spacious. the apartment was very clean. i found the location superb for visiting anfield stadium!
one of the staff members entered the apartment while my partner and i were asleep. my children had to bring her in, and she complained because my partner used the top bedroom. she then took blankets from another room. nobody should enter a room you have paid for while guests are sleeping. that was not cool!

the staff was friendly and very helpful , always ready to assist with any questions i had, which really enhanced the experience. their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond were notable.

the parking was easy, thanks to their private gates. the location provided easy access to anfield and the surrounding areas, fantastic. underfloor heating in the bathroom was a plus!

the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast , and it is quite complete. that's great! while i did not have any other meals, having breakfast available made the mornings more convenient and started the days right.

missing cooking facilitiesinsufficient cups
the room i got was not what i expected, the photos online showed cooking facilities, but i got a small room with no way to cook. i had to throw away food i bought, that was a waste of money. also, there were only two cups in the room, even though three people were staying, so one of us couldn't have coffee in the morning! it reminded me of they weren't prepared for the number of guests booked,

The location was alright. It got me close enough to where i needed to be.
The room, supposedly a 'double room,' felt more like a storage closet. there wasn't enough space to swing a cat, not that i brought one. also, the noise from the nearby street was impressively loud. I could hear every conversation and car alarm as if they were happening inside the room, disrupting sleep and relaxation.

the room had comfortable beds so sleeping was not an issue.
i had some issues. the toilet door did not shut properly, and i observed no place to put clothes for three people. there were only four hangers hanging on a hook. this was a significant oversight.

I stayed in a super clean apartment and it looked amazing! bathroom facilities were also great. i found the staff very cute. They had amazing value and were friendly. the stay was perfect, i can't wait to come back!
the unassociated downstairs bar was very loud early on saturday eve. i was told it would shut by 11pm. the front of the hotel had been altered for outside toilets in the forecourt! the tv didn't work.
