the room was a good size. it featured a very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. i found parking right outside, though a large car park was also nearby.
the staff seemed quite rude, specifically when a known water issue occurred. i had no warm water for showering after a long journey.

The location proved very useful. It was easy to access the ferry and the city center. all staff members showed great helpfulness and friendliness . i found the breakfast to be of high quality. the rooms were very super clean and cozy.
i noticed the hotel seemed somewhat outdated in its overall appearance. the bathroom felt particularly old. some areas looked a little worn.

the location is excellent near the train station (very convenient) and the ferry terminal. beds were very comfortable, i slept well. breakfast was good, i found enough options. it was quiet at night too.
some fittings came off the wall, but nothing major.

The location was AMAZING. Shopping and restaurants were so close. Access to taxis heading to the airport was very easy from the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Our room faced the bus station, and sleep was difficult. I could hear everything even with the windows closed. This was out of the hotel's control.

The hotel has an agreement with a nearby parking area. Guests pay 16 euros for 24 hours instead of the usual 28. This is a very convenient feature traveling with their own vehicle, very helpful.

The staff were lovely and very smooth during check-in. A receptionist named Nacho gave us wonderful attention and service. The staff were also very cute and helpful to all guests.
