central locationhard bednoisy rooftop motors
the location was central, a plus for exploring.
the bed was unbelievably hard, i have never slept on such a firm surface. pillows were equally hard (i even asked for replacements) and the wifi barely worked on our floor. rooftop motors on an adjacent building were loud all night. i think the rooms really need a serious update.

We found the location very convenient for exploring. The staff were very helpful.. they were also very pleasant. I will definitely consider staying here again.
Our room was next to the lift, and we could hear it operating. The heating in the first room was not working properly, but reception offered another room.

I stayed in a lovely room overlooking the bay. A young lady with long dark hair at reception checked me in efficiently. The restaurant food was fabulous. The music in the bar was also fantastic.
I found an issue at breakfast with the system. Toast was pre-made sitting and cold. The member of staff behind the servery was abrupt. It was disappointing.

i found the hotel's location convenient. it is right on the diamond, placing me in the heart of everything. three carparks are situated nearby, easing parking concerns. little shops, pubs, and restaurants surround the hotel.
the room felt a bit too warm throughout the night, even with the window open.

I found live music available in the pub and enjoyed the entertainment. I thought the complimentary champagne was a nice touch on arrival as it was my birthday.
My room felt too warm. Despite opening the window, it remained uncomfortably hot. Noise from rooftop motors on an adjacent building disrupted sleep, even with the window closed.

The hotel is well-located on the main street. our room was spacious, and it faced the diamond outside, i liked that. we had two single beds and a double bed. This suited our group of three travellers perfectly. the beds were comfortable. Everyone slept well.
The room was a little basic. It could use some pictures on the wall.
