Really good Hotel Experience!

the family room was spacious, providing comfort for everyone. all staff members were helpful and friendly.
The shower in my room was not great. It was disappointing that the issue wasn't resolved, and i wasn't contacted after i complained.

The bistro offered delicious korean wings with a blue cheese dip and duck spring rolls. The portions were generous. the chef prepared the sirloin steak perfectly, and the breakfast selection was amazing. So tasty.

The heated pool provided a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day. My kids loved it. crazy golf and a fairy walk offered additional entertainment. There was something for everyone, always.

i appreciated the availability of family-friendly amenities. The crazy golf and fairy walk were a hit with my kids. The restaurant staff was accommodating. the family room gave plenty of space, ensuring everyone's comfort.
the check-in process lacked a personal touch and necessary information. i received NO details about the hotel's facilities or layout. the room we had was far from the reception, which involved a long walk.

Our family room was amazing, its space was appreciated by everyone. It was my child's birthday, I was left a plate of decorated fruit and a large box of sweets with colouring paper. The kids club operated from 4 until 9, this was great and perfect for meeting other children. Reception and bar staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool was great too.
