a GREAT visit
spacious triple roomcomfortable bedhelpful staffdelicious dinner
the staff was very nice and helpful I had a very spacious triple room with all amenities available beds and pillows were comfortable dinner was delicious the bar area featured comfortable seating. i enjoyed a relaxing time there.
walls seemed thin i could hear noises from the neighboring room but it was a very minor issue

delicious breakfastold furniturecheap shower curtain
the breakfast buffet offered a delicious selection of food each morning.
The room was pretty dated. the furniture looked old, and I noticed stains on the armchair. I found this quite disappointing. the shower curtain was thin and cheap, so the bathroom floor got flooded with water after a shower. It felt a bit unsafe.

the experience was disappointing. i found a lack of attention to detail in the maintenance. the corridor walls leading to my room were in poor condition, giving it a warehouse feel. the walls should have been repainted.

I found the leisure center to be great. I enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The swimming pool and gym were very clean. I also appreciated the staff being on hand for anything I needed.
Parking was a bit tight. There was a sharp rock on a raised flowerbed. I think the hotel needs to provide a warning about it.

The food was good. It was a set menu though not a massive one, but it met my expectations.
I wish they had informed me about this before i booked. we were nearly made to buy hats to use the pool, but others who forgot theirs were given the chance to borrow one. it was unfair.
