food selection delicious food à la carte incompatible tv streaming issue
the food selection was very extensive and delicious. there were also several à la carte options available, all of them marvelous (especially the seafood).
i was a bit disappointed that the tv in the room wasn't compatible with my firestick. it was frustrating as i wanted to use it for streaming.

faulty shower door privacy violation
I was excited about our stay. the hotel seemed so promising, at first. our room had a nice view, but the shower door didn't close properly.. it flooded the entire bathroom every time we used it. this was quite annoying. also, i found the staff's behavior intrusive. Another guest somehow knew our room number and sent flowers. i had asked the reception to discard them, but they delivered them anyway. this invasion of privacy really marred my time here.
