missed cleaning loud music

I am quite annoyed by several issues. our room was not cleaned properly one day. I found this unacceptable. also, the noise levels were quite high at night. Sleep became difficult. the lack of soundproofing needs addressing. the loud music was disruptive, the cleaning skip.

calm atmosphere entertainment show friendly staff

The hotel had a calm atmosphere. the beach and the pool bar were enjoyable. daily entertainment shows added to the experience! food was delicious. I appreciated the variety. the staff were friendly and kind.

The air conditioning in the pasha suite was problematic and took two days to fix. additionally, the rooms lacked trash cans. the cleanliness was substandard. I noticed it.

Fantastic Family Trip!

food variety clean beach entertaining music friendly staff

The food service was AMAZING!!! My family loved the food variety and taste, especially how healthy everything was. The beach is very well maintained. There are beds with towels available for everyone. The kids enjoyed their time at the kids club. They made new friends there. There was live music at the bar, quite entertaining.

The hotel was very busy with travelers, so it could be difficult to get attention from the staff, but it wasn't a major problem.

The pools provide a variety of options for both adults and children. They include a main pool, a kids' pool with slides, and a quiet relaxation pool. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available at each pool area.

many pools clean beach good food old room noisy ventilation overcrowding issue

the pools was many and good. the beach was clean with a smooth entrance. the food are very good for all tastes. drinks at the bar are very good too.

the ventilation was noisy and not regulated well. it was either too cold or not working at all. i think there are also too many people.
