convenient locationhelpful staff
The location is very close to the Atocha train station. This made travel simple. The staff was friendly and helpful . (I especially appreciated their quick responses to my questions.)

great locationworking air conditioningmissing soundproofing
the hotel location is near the station. there were many places to eat nearby. i had a good rest because air conditioning worked great.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear noises from the hallway. it disturbed my sleep.
