the hotel provided an iron for my clothes. the location suited my needs for beach access and city exploration. i found a shopping center conveniently across the street. the metro station was a short, four-minute walk away.

the concierge did not offer assistance with our luggage during check-in or check-out, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is near public transport. Made getting around easier.

The air conditioning did not work well in my room. I found that staff controlled the temperature, not the guests. The room felt uncomfortably hot, frustrating.
