The room had a great setup with a comfortable bed. complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea, and bottled water were nice touches. i also appreciated the proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Everything was within a 10-15 minute walk.
i found that the reception staff could have been more professional and attentive.

the hotel provided an iron for my clothes. the location suited my needs for beach access and city exploration. i found a shopping center conveniently across the street. the metro station was a short, four-minute walk away.
the concierge did not offer assistance with our luggage during check-in or check-out, a slight inconvenience.

poor air conditioning staff temperature control
The hotel is near public transport. Made getting around easier.
The air conditioning did not work well in my room. I found that staff controlled the temperature, not the guests. The room felt uncomfortably hot, frustrating.
