the staff was kind and helpful. the hotel design is beautiful. i found a good deal for parking in a nearby public garage.
the ac was not working . i was told that the heating facilities were on, so ac could not work. i had to sleep with open windows.

the location was close to transport. the room had a comfortable shower and breakfast had good choice and presentation. the staff was friendly and always helpful. i liked the easy access to public transportation too.
the window in my room did not block out all the noise from the street below, but it was minor.
