I appreciate hotel offered helpful staff plus clean room. I was happy to find spacious room and comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent, and I was happy with rich tasty options.
I found the area surrounding the hotel not very safe at night. It was unsettling to walk alone. I suggest better lighting or security.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station. The personnel are very attentive. My room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast offered a variety of options.
The neighborhood did not feel safe for walking alone at night. There was a noticeable smell from the shower drain. The shower also did not drain properly, which caused water to leak into the bathroom.

The room was spacious and modern. I appreciated that it included a full-sized hairdryer and an iron with ironing board. A coffee machine was available in the room (very useful for early mornings). I was upgraded to a larger room, a pleasant surprise.
The location might not be the best as it is close to the train station.
