the listing mentions a few amenities that was not available in the room, such as a desk. the windows of the room were high up and did not offer a city view.

the hotel room was comfortable and stylish. it also smelled new from recent refurbishment. the hotel room location was great for a long weekend.. i liked the quiet atmosphere.
The air conditioning system was not effective. i also found the breakfast choice to be just ok. the staff refused to allow a late checkout. This caused an inconvenience.

My room included great air conditioning. It kept me very cool. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. I REALLY appreciated how clean my room and bathroom were. Everything sparkled.

The breakfast had many choices. I found plenty of options. The restaurant has no name YET, but the dining room looked beautiful with a courtyard. The head chef is Giovanni and his team aims to give you a great tasteful experience.

The staff are SO friendly and helpful, always smiling. The reception staff were young and kind and they were available at all times, ready to assist with any request or question.

The location is very CENTRAL and convenient, close to many attractions. It is only a ten minute walk from Zoölogische Garten station. The hotel provides easy access to train, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and busses. Getting around was easy.
