comfortable stay with good food
helpful staffspacious roominconsistent wifi
the staff proved helpful . the breakfast offered haggis and poached eggs. i also appreciated the spaciousness of the room i was in. the bathroom included both a tub and shower , though this may be an issue needing mobility assistance.
the wifi signal was inconsistent , it especially affected television use. this impacted streaming in the evenings. i hope this is resolved soon.

The staff provided excellent care. I found them very helpful and friendly. Dinner tasted delicious. I also enjoyed a great choice at breakfast!!!
The on-site parking was limited to street parking.

i found the extra large bed comfortable. the staff was attentive to my dog. i also appreciated the little touches such as the eye mask, slippers, and the towel swans, such features.
i noticed a few hairs in the shower and believe the bathroom could have been cleaner. this minor issue didn't overshadow the overall experience, but attention to detail in cleanliness would enhance future stays.

the room was spacious and overlooked the beer garden. i was pleased with the many windows i could open and a large, very clean bathroom. the extra-large bed offered great comfort!!!
