the vegan food prepared was delicious! the staff was very kind. i enjoyed the pool area a lot. the sun bathing area near the lake was also a great spot.
the spa closed a bit early, limiting my time to fully enjoy it.

I enjoyed the excellent facilities, including a spa. The staff was helpful, exceeding expectations at the bar. They even offered to pick mint for our mojitos when they ran out. Housekeeping was really good with daily clean towels and sheets. Pool towels were also available daily.
I found no kettle in the room, an inconvenience. This meant I couldn't make coffee or tea in my room. It is a facility I often appreciate. The absence was disappointing.

vegan food friendly staff pool area relaxing atmosphere
during my stay, i chose the half-board option for seven nights and was impressed by the restaurant's vegan offerings made specifically for me. the staff's kindness enhanced the dining experience. i particularly enjoyed the pool area and the sunbathing space by the lake (it was very peaceful). the hotel provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere, appreciated.
