I enjoyed the excellent facilities, including a spa. The staff was helpful, exceeding expectations at the bar. They even offered to pick mint for our mojitos when they ran out. Housekeeping was really good with daily clean towels and sheets. Pool towels were also available daily.
I found no kettle in the room, an inconvenience. This meant I couldn't make coffee or tea in my room. It is a facility I often appreciate. The absence was disappointing.
