Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

I found the location quite convenient. It was an easy walk from the train station, and a complimentary shuttle provided transportation back uphill. The breakfast offered a good range of choices, which i appreciated. The room had good sound proofing.
The spa required an extra fee, somewhat unexpected.

The location is across the road from the ferries, useful for exploring the lake. Restaurants are also very close, providing many dining options. Staff arranged a transfer to the station outside their normal timeframe.

The room had a fridge which was very useful for keeping drinks cool. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing inquiries quickly.

The hotel is in the downtown area. IT offers a nice lake view from certain rooms. Many restaurants and cafes surround the hotel, AND they are all very close to the hotel.

the location was great it was easy to access boats to nearby areas the hotel also offered a free shuttle to the train station which i found very helpful the service was prompt and courteous. the breakfast had gluten-free options available that i needed and the breakfast area was very nice with outdoor seating.
wifi was only available in the lounge area not in the rooms.

The location was ABSOLUTELY perfect. It allowed easy access to the harbor. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast offered many choices including gluten-free options which I needed. The parking service transported guests to and from the parking lot quickly.
the gym's air conditioning was quite loud. Sleeping was difficult because of the noise. I recommend maintenance checks the AC unit.

The staff were lovely, and they took us back to the train station using the minibus without charge. It helped us a lot. the location was also great, just opposite the port and very convenient. breakfast was decent and offered a convenient start to each day. i really appreciated this service and the perfect location.
The wi-fi in the room was not working. This was really annoying. i had to use my data, and nobody tried to fix it. there was no compensation either.
