The staff were lovely, and they took us back to the train station using the minibus without charge. It helped us a lot. the location was also great, just opposite the port and very convenient. breakfast was decent and offered a convenient start to each day. i really appreciated this service and the perfect location.
The wi-fi in the room was not working. This was really annoying. i had to use my data, and nobody tried to fix it. there was no compensation either.

The staff offered a free shuttle to the train station. It was very helpful! the reception was always staffed and quick to answer questions. i found them knowledgeable regarding local transport.

The hotel enjoys a prime location opposite the port. bus stops were nearby, facilitating travel around the area. many restaurants and cafes were within walking distance. It was really convenient.

Our quadruple room attic featured comfortable beds. It ensured restful nights. the room was kept very clean by housekeeping daily. storage was adequate for luggage and personal items.

the room was impeccably clean, a true sanctuary. the balcony was wonderful. the breakfast offered many choices, catering to various tastes.
The staff, at times, seemed a little indifferent. I hoped for a warmer welcome. the room's decor felt somewhat dated. A refresh could enhance its appeal. the wifi signal in the room was unreliable. I experienced intermittent connectivity issues.
