The location is great with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i received an upgrade to a suite. It included every amenity i needed. parking was available on site, made arrival and departure very convenient.
Sound isolation in the rooms could be improved. I could hear noises from the corridor.

the hotel's location was very central (super convenient). the staff provided helpful service. the room was spacious and clean. breakfast was also very tasty with a large selection.
the air vent in my room emitted a noticeable cigarette smoke odor.

the hotel has a central location walkable from the bus station, a plus if you are arriving by bus and all attractions are nearby, so it is easy to explore the area.

Breakfast includes eggs cooked on site. Omelets are available. there are also several options for cold meats, cheeses and hot items such as meat, beans in tomato sauce, potatoes and sausages.

the front desk employees were helpful. one woman provided directions to the hotel when i was lost. a man at the desk gave directions to avignon. both were really nice too assist guests.

The hotel is located close to the bus station, this is only a few minutes on foot. My room is big. It is also very clean. The staff is friendly and ready to help.
There is no good sound isolation in the rooms. I can hear everything. I had to wake up at night because someone snored in another room. The hotel did not offer free water in the rooms, I found it strange.
