The apartment had everything i needed for my stay. a short walk from the tram stop is very convenient. It gets into the city center in around 30mins. all staff were friendly and helpful.
the cleanliness of the room was poor. it had clearly not been cleaned in a while. i found hairs and crumbs on the floor and sofas. the absence of a false fire alarm would have been nice.

i was impressed with the hotel's accessibility. the tram station near the hotel made it convenient to get to the city center. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially with transport advice. i found the suggestions regarding the app for schedules and prices very useful.
the tv system only allowed access to a limited number of programs, and i could not easily cast from my devices.

the breakfast offered many choices, and i found the staff to be quite friendly during breakfast service. i also observed that it is possible to order food from the food court in the lobby and have it delivered directly to your room.

The apartment i stayed in was spacious. it was clean. the kitchen included all necessary items. i was pleased that it also had a dishwasher. The shower had the correct water temperature immediately.

i stayed in a very spacious apartment. the kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. the apartment even featured a living room and two bathrooms. i liked the convenience of having these separate areas.
i did find the shampoo and soap dispensers difficult to use. the hotel looks better in photos than it does in reality. there was an unpleasant musty smell in one of the rooms. i think the hotel needs to pay attention to these details.
