Excellent Stay

The location was really convenient for exploring. The receptionist was very kind I arrived early, and they stored my bags at 0900 until check-in at 1500. They checked me in and gave me the keys for when I returned. My bags were brought up to my room on the 3rd floor.
The stairs were narrow, so it was a little difficult to carry my luggage up.

The staff provided excellent assistance. Before I checked in, the hotel emailed a list of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee shops. I felt very comfortable because the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Umbrellas were also available at the door .

The room was super clean and beautiful I felt very comfortable. There was loads of hot water and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. There was space to spread out a bit and the windows allowed me to let in the cooler air.

The hotel provided thoughtful amenities, for example luggage storage was available after check out. Drinking water was available. A coffee maker and hot water pot were in the room. Air conditioning worked well. They cleaned the towels and brought chocolates daily.

This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and provided easy access to different parts of the city. It was also easy to get to and find. It is near many cafes. It is close to a tram stop. The central station and museums are easy to reach.

i found the room on the fourth floor very charming. it seemed like being on a boat (very fitting for this city!). it was a good size for our family. the location was fantastic. i found lots of great places to eat nearby and getting around was very easy. i walked a lot and used the tram occasionally.
the stairs were very narrow. it was difficult to carry luggage to our room. i think an elevator would be a helpful addition to the hotel.

this place is in a good location, right in the city center. there are many restaurants and lovely spots around the area. the hotel is located in a very pretty and quiet zone.

The hotel's location was PERFECT with easy access to different city parts. It was easy to find! The room had plenty of hot water, air conditioning, a comfortable bed and enough space to spread out a bit. The receptionist was VERY kind.
The stairs were EXTREMELY narrow. It was a bit challenging to carry my luggage up.

the location proved convenient. i found it easy to reach various attractions. the directions from the airport were clear. the room decor was a great touch. it provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
the stairs were narrow. the television was outdated. the rooms were small. i experienced poor sound insulation from other floors. the key to the room required many attempts to work.
