gem of a hotel!
great humor normal price
rafaella, the receptionist was so helpful. she had a great sense of humor and smile. the store inside had normal prices so i bought a lot of snacks.

great upgrade separate bedroom private garden
i received a great upgrade to a two-story room upon arrival this time. it included separate bedrooms and large bathrooms on each floor, very convenient. a private garden had a gate and led directly to the pool, a great amenity.
the staff were slow during check-in. i waited thirty minutes and another forty minutes, a long time. a broken lamp in the room was not repaired , an issue

the hotel's location offered easy access to nissi beach, directly outside a gate. the beach access provides a setting similar to a postcard, very fine. it is a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

fantastic adults-only retreat!
convenient access excellent pool great service
i was so grateful for the convenient access to nissi beach, right outside the hotel gate. the water slides were great. i spent my time between the excellent pools and the hotel's private beach. i was very pleased with the comfort, great service, and location.
i noticed a slight delay in replenishing items at breakfast, even with good variety available.

The swimming pools were huge and very well-kept. This offered plenty of space for everyone. several different pools catered to various preferences, and each guest could easily find one to enjoy. the hotel ensured a very clean and enjoyable environment.

the piano bar offered delicious dinner options. the breakfast had excellent variety, catering to different tastes and preferences. the food quality was very good at the various on-site restaurants.

staff members, including those at reception and in the piano bar, were friendly and very helpful. the cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness. i found the service really good everywhere in the hotel, showing dedication.

The hotel offered a private beach. I found free access to sun-beds and umbrellas there. The location is close to Nissi beach. It was only a short walk. There was a large selection at breakfast , it was well-organized.
The room service did not meet expectations. The bed covers looked dirty , even after being changed. I found the receptionist was not very nice to interact with. Dinner was terrible with some undercooked food.
