quiet location with excellent service
helpful staffquiet locationpayment routine
the staff was helpful. cleaning ladies were cheerful. i found the location good down a quieter side street. a simple coffee shop is next to reception, i enjoyed it.
the hotel should improve payment routines. i was charged twice. i contacted them, but it took time to get a reply.

The rooftop pool was acceptable. It allowed for a quick dip after a day out.
The noise from the air conditioning unit was REALLY disturbing. It was so loud, I had trouble sleeping well one night. It needs maintenance or replacement, desperately. the front desk staff weren't very helpful when I mentioned it.

The location proved very good, placing me conveniently near major city attractions and lively bars. Amenities were also close. the hotel maintained a nice, clean environment evident in both the general areas and my room. the staff members were always friendly! i would happily suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a well-kept place near the city's exciting scene.
My bed had a noticeable stain that i had to cover with a pillow. additionally, my room emitted a very strong, strange odor. This kept me awake during the night. it wasn't soundproof either!
