the rooftop pool was lovely and the staff are great. Rooms were comfy, i had a good location. it was easy to find with parking, staff are friendly.
wifi in the room was bad and not worked on the tv for log into netflix. so, i was very disappointed with this, wifi could be better in the hotel.

the staff was lovely and very helpful. they promptly fixed a safety box when it wasn't working i was impressed. the a/c unit was also functioning poorly but they fixed it right away once i told them.
the gym was closed for a few days of my stay this was inconvenient. the cardio equipment needs updates specifically the bike and cross trainer. i hope it gets sorted out soon.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. Many restaurants and shopping centers were nearby. check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. the room i received was spacious, and the bed was soft, which i definitely enjoyed.
the gym equipment looked old and some were out of order.

the room was quite large. the air conditioning worked really well and maintained a cool temperature. i liked the hotel provided complimentary water bottles each day. the location was convenient, and it was easy to reach the beach and nearby restaurants.
the gym equipment was slightly outdated and some machines showed signs of wear, perhaps needing some maintenance.

the wifi was terrible it barely worked on my phone and i couldn't even use it on the tv i was really disappointed because i wanted to watch netflix i also noticed the shower was not clean the grout on the tiles had grime

the room was spacious with a very comfortable king-sized bed. the hotel is near the beach. the rooftop swimming pool is clean. i found the staff very friendly and always ready to help.
the bedroom seemed bland and dated though. there were no pictures on the wall and bare wood around the room.
