musty smelloutdated equipment
Our "Adiwana Suite Room" had a distinct musty smell! It was noticeable immediately upon entering. Also the minibar was not refilled daily, as expected. This became quite inconvenient. I had to call several times to get it restocked. We loved the pool. but the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. It affected our workout routine.

spacious roompool accessquiet area
the premier pool access room was spacious and very comfortable the access to the pool area was great i also liked the little extras like afternoon tea. the herb library restaurant had a great variety of healthy dishes i could get coffee and teas throughout the day even takeaway. the pools were very adequate with two overlooking jungle bush land the area was very quiet.
the pools are on the smaller side

I found the staff hospitable, especially Prebi, Yuda, Budi, Mas, Kiki, and Adi, the yoga instructor. I liked the toiletries selection a lot. I also welcomed the note from the staff and the snacks in the room and lobby, which I found good.
