I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room pool view. the room featured two separate sinks. It also included a rainfall shower. the breakfast offered various options including fresh fruit.
the air conditioning was quite noisy at times. it did not always cool the room efficiently.

staff friendliness detailed attention lush vegetation
the staff demonstrated excellent levels of friendliness and attention to detail. The resort grounds contained lush vegetation and created a calming tropical atmosphere. I found the daily room service cleaning to be thorough ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment.
I observed that some areas of the hotel looked worn. A general refurbishment would elevate the guest experience.

decent stay
excellent location helpful staff menu option padlock door flushing toilet front desk
i loved the excellent location of the villas. it's close to many restaurants and massage places. the staff was really helpful, they really helped me a lot. the breakfast had nice menu options for me to choose from.
the room i was in was a traditional style. the lock on the front door was only a padlock, i felt a little unsafe. the toilet also had issues flushing . i called the front desk a few times but nothing changed until my last day.
