excellent stay near nana bts
convenient location rooftop pool beautiful room
the location proved very convenient with easy access to transportation. i found the nana bts station a short walk away. the rooftop pool was a highlight (it was almost empty during my evening swim!). the room was well-appointed and i especially liked the shower (it had two different shower heads and a bench).
i experienced some noise at night. it was quite loud, and i had some difficulty falling asleep. eventually, i got a new room for the second night, and it was quieter.

The hotel features a rooftop pool, and i observed that it was well-kept with lounge chairs available. a rooftop bar offers scenic views of the area (pastel on level 22).

The hotel is a short walk from the BTS line. This made getting around the area convenient. There are many bars and restaurants on the street near the hotel (I visited a few). The room was super clean and cozy.
The check-in process was slow. I arrived at 2 PM, but the room wasn't ready. The breakfast quality has declined. It used to be better when I stayed here two years ago (the variety wasn't as good). The staff seemed less attentive this time.

i found the king bed comfortable with different pillows available. the breakfast had many choices. the swimming pool was very good.

dirty bed cover poor sound insulation
The room I was assigned had some issues. Sound insulation was not great. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms, particularly at night. This definitely disturbed my sleep. upon arrival, I found a stain on the bed cover, which looked like blood. It took them about 45 minutes to send someone to change it. amazing city stay
excellent location refreshing escape helpful staff
The location was superb. There were plenty of shops and transport options nearby. the rooftop pool was a highlight. the staff were helpful and always available at reception for quick assistance. i found the breakfast buffet had enough choices to satisfy me .
the elevators were sometimes slow, leading to short waits during peak hours.

the beautiful king room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and a large television. there was also floor-to-ceiling windows that showed a pleasant view of the city. the linen was high-quality, paired with many pillows for extra comfort.

the rooftop pool area included numerous loungers and a trendy rooftop bar. the gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. the hotel lobby was clean and well-kept.

the concierge team offered excellent service and quickly helped with all requests. reception staff were polite and happy to assist with check-in. i appreciated the excellent service provided during my entire stay.

the breakfast included many options. i found both western and asian dishes! the rooftop pool had plenty of space. there were also many bars and restaurants nearby.
my room had no real window. i specifically paid for a room with a window, but it was unavailable. i then had to move to a different room.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. I found the rooms to be quite spacious, providing ample room to relax. The location is convenient, with the BTS station a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful .
