Acceptable Stay with a Service Issue
The hotel offered discounts for drinks at The Parlor and Sky Beach. (I did appreciate that).
The service was disappointing. I asked for help cutting an apple, but staff could not assist. I also received rotten vegetables. (That was unexpected).

softest sheets easy spot separate building
The room had the softest sheets. i really enjoyed the pool area. It was easy to get a spot! sky beach is a tiny bit of a faff since you must go to a separate building. Security is there to enter it, but cocktails tasted great.

Acceptable stay, with Some Issues
The location next to the skytrain station proved convenient. (easy access to many parts of the city!)
The room showed noticeable wear and tear. Service at The Parlor was slow, even with few occupied tables, i expected more.

Really good Service and Stylish Escape
luxurious suite ground team amazing hospitality
I enjoyed a complimentary room upgrade to a luxurious Suite Spot. The staff was warm and professional from my arrival on October 21. They helped with transportation and luggage. Their attentiveness.

Great Hotel with Fantastic Design!
clean rooms helpful staff convenient location free access
I found the rooms clean and nicely decorated. The staff clearly did their best and they were service-oriented. The hotel's location next to the train station made it easy to travel to various parts of the city. I enjoyed access to the 78th floor for freewith a great night view.

The gym had various professional equipment. Trainers were available to assist with operation, should assistance be required. A rooftop bar offers fine views and unique cocktails, which should be enjoyed.

The hotel is close to the BTS station, offering easy access to many tourist spots, though the surroundings can feel crowded. Being near Icon Siam and located in a skyscraper building, visitors can enjoy city exploration.

Staff members are friendly and polite. They ensure guests feel valued and welcome, this creates a positive and nice stay. The front desk accommodated my requests. The concierge was helpful.

the location was great with very convenient travel options because its location near to the bts metro. staff members are really polite and helpful. it was a great experience.
during my stay, i find that the pool was small, and it feel cold. also, the breakfast has limited selections. the hotel really need to improve these issues.
