The bedroom was clean. i found that the shared bathroom was also kept very clean. ear plugs were available. A perfect detail.

the breakfast included a good selection of options.
I found the noise levels within the building unacceptable late at night. other guests were quite loud, and the walls seemed thin, allowing noise to travel easily. i also found the noise from the adjacent road quite noticeable. This impacted my ability to sleep soundly.

the room included a cafetière for coffee it also had a selection of teas. the shared bathroom was very clean it also included a dvd library. breakfast had an excellent selection.
i found the stairs a little steep.
