Really good Stay
ample spacegreat comfortfriendly staff
The room had ample space and cleanliness was evident. The bed offered great comfort. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast presentation was well-done. The staff were very friendly. It was delivered in a basket directly outside the door each morning at seven.

Food quality impressed me considerably during my two-night stay, and I sampled two different dishes. Portions were generous, and prices seemed reasonable. I would gladly return or stop for a meal if I were in the area.

My spacious and well-appointed room included good tea and coffee and biscuits. Working television was available. Even though my room was above the restaurant, noise from below was minimal, which I found quite amazing.

the evening menu had a huge choice. staff were great and friendly.
I stayed in a small cottage. It was basic but clean, however, the main problem was loud scratching and movement noises within the walls. i have heard that noise before. I am fairly sure it was rats. i wouldn't sleep there again.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The menu in the restaurant offered a great choice of meals. I also liked the breakfast basket, a novelty idea with a nice touch. The food had fantastic taste, and the portion sizes were generous. The car parking space was ample. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including good heating.
The WiFi signal was occasionally erratic.

the room was spacious i could not hear anything from the restaurant below. the food portions were a good size and price. check-in was easy a continental breakfast was delivered to my door in the morning.
the cleanliness of the room was poor the shower plug was blocked i had to clean it myself. it was quite a disgusting job

The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
I was frustrated by the lack of preparation for power outages. Storm Floris caused one, resulting in no shower or lights. No assistance was offered. There wasn't even a torch provided. The squeaky beds and tired decor were unwelcome additions.

the room was clean and warm. it was convenient.
there was no running water for showers. i arrived covered in mud after cycling and i couldn't even get a shower. it really was a bad situation because of this.
