i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the room included a good air conditioning system, essential for comfortable sleep.. i appreciated the convenient location near popular restaurants. parking was available but requires reservation.
i noticed the en suite shower had only a curtain. this caused some water to leak onto the floor. it was a minor inconvenience.

the front desk provided detailed explanations and a friendly welcome. luggage assistance was offered before check-in. the customer service was excellent, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in.

breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, and croissants. coffee was readily available during breakfast, a nice touch. additionally, complimentary coffee was available in the reception area, a welcome option upon arrival to the hotel.

The staff were kind. One employee helped me plan my trip to the airport. He printed out train times and platform details for me. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. There was yoghurt, eggs, and bacon.
The room was quite small. The sound insulation was definitely a problem. Earplugs were provided in the room.

the staff were ALL very informative, so friendly. the rooms were clean. breakfast included fresh items and had good VARIATION with polite staff. the location was excellent, so close to the station and other amenities.
the room was very small and COMPACT. the bathroom struggled to fit two of us within the same space when we brushed teeth. there are local nightclubs and bars downstairs and those are open until the early morning at 1-2am. i would not recommend it if you are unable to block that noise.

the location was acceptable it allowed for easy access to some attractions
the room was quite small for the price paid there was insufficient space to move around comfortably i found the air conditioning inadequate the system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature especially during warmer hours additionally noise from the street was noticeable disrupting sleep
