Excellent Location and Service
train station location attentive staff buffet breakfast in-room treats
The hotel is directly across from the main train station. This was convenient. The staff members were always attentive and helpful . I especially enjoyed the breakfast with both buffet options and menu items available. I noticed small touches, like fruit and chocolates provided in the room each day.
The valet service access proved a bit challenging initially! though it was eventually resolved.

The staff provided really good assistance throughout my stay. Their attentiveness ensured all requests were handled efficiently. I particularly appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival and the evening turndown service with chocolates.

excellent stay near train station
helpful staff train station easy access
this hotel location was a plus. it was right across the street from the train station after many travel hours. the staff was helpful. i appreciated the concierge arranged reservations for cheese fondue lunch and a tour. the bellhop helped me get to the train station with all my luggage stress-free.
the room size felt small to me. it felt a bit cheap given the price. i would have liked something a little more luxurious.

the hotel has modern upgrades after restoration. spacious rooms include comfortable beds. the toilet and additional sink are located in separate room. a buffet breakfast is available with kitchen orders for eggs and pancakes.

the hotel is located directly across from the train station. the hotel is an easy walking distance to many spots in the city. the hotel is close to shopping areas as well as the lake.

the restaurant offers excellent food for great prices. the cream artichoke soup tasted great. i enjoyed cocktails and dinner in the beautiful room. red chandeliers add to the beautiful ambiance.

the staff provided great advice for dinner. the concierge was helpful to book the restaurants. the snack cart went door to door with chocolate. the staff was exceedingly attentive and friendly to customers.
