Adequate central hotel
central location friendly staff overall cleanliness missing amenities limited slippers breakfast variety
The hotel benefits from its very central location. It is close to the harbour. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness was noticeable in both rooms and public areas.
The room lacked some expected amenities for a hotel of this class. There were no slippers provided. I thought disposable slippers were a standard in 4-star hotels.

fantastic location daily cleaning working air con small pool basic facilities bath shower
The location is fantastic near many interesting archaeological sites. The hotel is cleaned daily, and bedding and towels are changed frequently. Wi-fi and air con work well.
The shower is over the bath, which i found inconvenient. The pool is too small so i did not use it, but there was an offer to use a sister hotel pool (it's about 45 minutes walk). I was self catering for 2 weeks and the facilities were very basic (i expected more for a four star hotel).

AMAZING location!
central location good equipment modern elevators
The hotel had a central location, near everything I wanted to see! The gym had good equipment. I found modern elevators and strong air conditioning, both very helpful. The staff did their best to assist guests.
The noisy bar opposite the hotel played VERY loud music. I paid to sleep, but it was difficult due to noise, unfortunately.

This hotel offers easy access to the city center attractions. The location is close to Archaeological Museum and Municipal Market. It is also near the harbor for ferries, so getting around was VERY convenient.

i found the staff friendly. the air conditioning worked great. the room was large and comfortable. i loved the central location close to the bus terminal.
the gym requires a fee, unexpected.

central location spacious room comfy beds
i found the hotel very conveniently located near key attractions. the room was spacious and clean upon my arrival. the comfortable beds and daily housekeeping provided a very relaxing experience .
the pool was quite small with limited loungers.

the hotel featured a hidden swimming pool providing a refreshing escape. a gym was available , although access to the sauna incurred an extra charge. wifi was adequately strong throughout the premises.

location was good for walking to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. staff were pleasant and helpful . the hotel stored my luggage, it was very accommodating for me.

expensive gym public hallway
the location was acceptable , near many sites.
the gym and sauna are advertised , but using them costs 35 euro per person. also , i needed to leave my luggage for a late flight and was told to leave it in the public hallway for 3 euro. that felt pretty cheap , considering the supposed star rating.
