central location and great service
central location friendly staff adequate breakfast
i stayed for a few nights and found the location ideal it was close to major attractions like st mark's square. the staff was friendly and always available at the reception desk 24 hours a day. the breakfast was simple but quite adequate to start the day.

The location was great it was a quick walk to St Mark's Square. The room was clean and large enough to move around in. I would stay here again.
The stairs were narrow without an elevator that was not easy. The air conditioning was weak, so the nights were quite nervous.

convenient location helpful staff working air conditioning varied breakfast
I found the location convenient, a short walk to major attractions! The staff members were always available and happy to assist with directions and recommendations. The air conditioning in my room worked very well. This was really important during the hot days. I appreciated the breakfast, it had several choices.
The stairs were a bit narrow and there was no elevator, so luggage was a bit difficult.

narrow stairway small room
the stairs were a real issue. there is no elevator, and the narrow staircase to the room was difficult to navigate. i had to carry my luggage up several flights. also, the room was quite small , made it difficult to move around comfortably. there was very little space for my belongings. these issues affected my overall experience.

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast narrow stairway small room luggage space
the hotel location is convenient! it is close to many attractions. the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good in the breakfast room on the ground floor. the rooms had lovely decor.
i found the number of steps to our room horrendous. there was no lift and the stairway was narrow! the rooms were tiny! i was trying to figure out where to keep our luggage.
