The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent.
The room I had was a farce, supposedly superior. The two single beds were small. They seemed like children's beds. The room itself was also very small.

The staff are very helpful . A private water taxi was arranged to take me directly to the airport. The room was big and always clean. Breakfast had many options and a good selection.
The small size of the hotel was really the only slight negative.

the staff was very helpful i got all the information i needed the room was very clean with a smart tv i also found a coffee machine in the room the location was very convenient near the san zaccaria water taxi stop. the hotel is fitted out to a high standard.
the transportation cannot stop directly in front of the hotel it is a short walk though

the staff helped arrange airport transfers they also helped with private cruises the staff was knowledgeable overall and gave precise details the location offered a quiet atmosphere at night which i found quite relaxing

poor isolationthin duvet
the sound isolation was poor i heard conversations next door and footsteps above the duvet was thin the temperature control was off it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning. also the breakfast was not included it cost 25 euros per person i found it overpriced.
