Awesome Experience!
convenient location canal view
The location was super convenient. I walked to major attractions easily (it's a big plus!). My room was a Beautiful Double or Twin Room Canal View. I really loved the canal view. The staff organized transportation for me and were always available.

romantic getaway near main attractions
really good location immaculate room attentive staff
the location was really good it was a short walk to major attractions the rooms were immaculate and well kept i especially liked the smart tv feature in the room the staff was attentive to my needs and always available
the hotel is a bit small compared to others i've stayed at the rooms felt slightly dark to me because of the furniture colors

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent.
The room I had was a farce, supposedly superior. The two single beds were small. They was like children's beds. The room itself was also very small.

The staff are very helpful . A private water taxi was arranged to take me directly to the airport. The room was big and always clean. Breakfast had many options and a good selection.
The small size of the hotel was really the only slight negative.

excellent stay
helpful staff clean room smart tv convenient location
the staff was very helpful i got all the information i needed the room was very clean with a smart tv i also found a coffee machine in the room the location was very convenient near the san zaccaria water taxi stop. the hotel is fitted out to a high standard.
the transportation cannot stop directly in front of the hotel it is a short walk though

poor isolation thin duvet
the sound isolation was poor i heard conversations next door and footsteps above the duvet was thin the temperature control was off it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning. also the breakfast was not included it cost 25 euros per person i found it overpriced.
