central locale and super clean rooms

the location is close to the rialto bridge providing easy access to the center of the city. it took me only 40 minutes to walk to the biennale along the river bank a very nice experience. the double room was simple it had very clean linen. the owner sent videos showing the way to the hotel.
the walls are thin i could hear people chatting in adjacent rooms late into the night which affected my sleep. i had trouble contacting the manager about turning off the radiator as the room was too warm. it would have been helpful if there was an earlier response.

the staff communicated through whatsapp providing detailed instructions and videos for arrival. the owner was very accommodating and responsive to initial inquiries before i arrived. i found this level of attention quite helpful.

the location was fantastic. it made getting to main spots quite easy. bathrooms were clean, and the bathmat was replaced daily. the rooms also had a very clean feel to them.
the noise was a bit much. i could hear people chatting in their rooms, and it was quite loud. the hotel manager communicated via whatsapp, but he wasn't there when i arrived. some communication earlier than 11 would have been great since he wasn't going to be in.

the location was amazing. i was steps away from rialto, super convenient for getting to marco polo airport by boat! it was also in the center of everything, especially san marco. the river view right outside was perfect.

The location was fantastic. It was walkable to major spots. it was also very close to a ferry stop. the bathrooms were clean, and a fresh bathmat was daily. rooms were very clean.
My window faced a busy canal area. Very loud transport boats operated with noisy engine thrusting starting early.
