spacious roombroken airconmissing items
the room was spacious.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly, so i had to switch rooms. it took a while for someone to come look at it and confirm it was broken, delaying my plans by over an hour. also, some items went missing from my room. They turned up later, but the whole situation was frustrating was great.

I experienced a delay in receiving my room upon arrival. I arrived at 5 pm and was informed my room would not be ready for another hour. This was inconvenient after a long trip.
