the room was very clean when i arrived. the beds were comfortable and huge. i also thought the shower had high pressure.
i found the surrounding area uncomfortable. it felt unsafe, especially at night. parking was very inconvenient too. i had to change elevators three times to reach the room.

the room was spacious.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly, so i had to switch rooms. it took a while for someone to come look at it and confirm it was broken, delaying my plans by over an hour. also, some items went missing from my room. They turned up later, but the whole situation was frustrating was good.

I experienced a delay in receiving my room upon arrival. I arrived at 5 pm and was informed my room would not be ready for another hour. This was inconvenient after a long trip.
