convenient location and efficient service
convenient location daily service friendly staff nice team
i found the location very convenient because it was close to transport links. my room was cleaned and serviced daily. the staff were very friendly and helpful with check in. all bar teams were nice and chatty.
some refurbishment is required to rooms however it did not impact my stay significantly.

the room was clean and quite large it was great that the bed had firm clean sheets the bathroom also worked perfectly the breakfast at nook was good fresh ingredients were available and i appreciated the good choices

buzzing sound unhelpful staff
the location was acceptable for transport links.
The air conditioning system emitted a constant, terrible buzzing sound. this prevented a good night's sleep. Maintenance seemed poor. staff became defensive when i raised this issue and did not offer helpful solutions.

easy access dining option quiet room in-room coffee
the location near the train station provided easy access to transportation options. a nearby mall offered additional dining and shopping choices. the room was very quiet, great for restful sleep. in-room coffee was available.
the pool area was somewhat worn, needing maintenance.

the staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay. the staff remembered guests and their names. the hotel accommodated a last-minute request to decorate a room for a birthday.

the location was great with easy access to the mall near the central railway station
the check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time it seemed understaffed also the pool area looked tired and some of the doors to the pool that were meant to provide shelter were broken
