i found the location very convenient because it was close to transport links. my room was cleaned and serviced daily. the staff were very friendly and helpful with check in. all bar teams were nice and chatty.
some refurbishment is required to rooms however it did not impact my stay significantly.

the location was acceptable for transport links.
The air conditioning system emitted a constant, terrible buzzing sound. this prevented a good night's sleep. Maintenance seemed poor. staff became defensive when i raised this issue and did not offer helpful solutions.

the location near the train station provided easy access to transportation options. a nearby mall offered additional dining and shopping choices. the room was very quiet, nice for restful sleep. in-room coffee was available.
the pool area was somewhat worn, needing maintenance.
