i returned to this hotel for yet another year. the staff creates such a warm atmosphere! you are really seen as a person. i was fortunate to have rooms with lovely ocean views and a very private balcony.
one small thing i noticed, the pool area lacked sufficient shade during peak hours. finding a spot away from the intense sun became a bit challenging at times. it would be nice to have additional umbrellas or shaded areas available. i really enjoyed my stay otherwise.

my room featured a comfortable bed. there was also a spacious balcony. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. everything was kept clean as new.

The location provided easy access to nearby shops. I found several restaurants within a short walk. The breakfast offered many selections. The beds were comfortable. I took some fantastic photos from the higher floors.
The temperature of the water in the shower wasn't easy to regulate. Sometimes it was too hot

The hotel's location is very central for island exploration. I found many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The sea views were amazing!!! The Lido swimming complex is only a short distance away.
The room overlooked the car park. Road noise impacted quiet moments. It was an issue for me.

The staff demonstrated dedication to guest satisfaction. They were always friendly. They offered helpful customer service throughout my visit and showed genuine care. I appreciated their kindness.
