The staff was friendly .

The room smelled musty so it wasn't comfortable. The outdated decor in the common areas created a poor first impression and the pool area felt cramped because there were too few chairs for the number of guests.

the room i got, a standard with two double beds, was pretty outdated. the air conditioning was very noisy. also, i found that the pools were too cold to really enjoy
