Underwhelming Stay Despite Some Positives
unhelpful staff missing item
I encountered issues despite some aspects I liked. The check-in staff seemed unhelpful. I asked for a late checkout but they only granted me half an hour even though rooms were available. I left an item belonging to my child in the room and contacted them. They never called back after promising to check. I tried to speak to a manager, but a staff member named Michael said that was impossible.

the staff greeted me with such genuine warmth . the royal suite provided a luxurious sanctuary , filled with thoughtful details. i appreciated the attentive service throughout the resort , it enhanced my overall experience. the delicious continental breakfast each morning became a cherished ritual , offering both variety and quality.
i noticed the ambient music around the pool area could be a bit loud at times , especially for those seeking absolute tranquility.
