a pleasant experience

The 24/7 room service was prompt and tasty (i appreciated that since i arrived late). i even got a free upgrade to the suite which was a nice surprise. the valet parking worked very efficiently and i never had to wait long. they prepared an earlier breakfast in my room on my last day because i had an early flight. That showed real care.
The iron in my room was not the best. It was an older model without water or steam. i think a modern steamer would be a great addition to the room amenities.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of cuisines, catering to many different nationalities and dietary needs. the al thuoraya restaurant provided recommendations on places to visit.

the hotel boasts a spacious swimming pool. the rooms are comfortable and have all the essentials needed while on holiday. cleanliness is clearly a priority with the hotel premises always super clean.

the room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. rooms with a city view were next to a highway and there was a lot of car noise inside

The facilities were EXCELLENT, and the staff were attentive. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, appreciated. I was granted special access to the pool early. This showed great management.

Hasib assisted greatly with my business presentation. Carla and Analou were also very accommodating. I got a complimentary upgrade to a better room for our honeymoon. Krish made creative towel animals, this was a thoughtful touch.
The room sometimes smelled of smoke despite it being a smoke free zone. I think city view rooms suffered from a lot of car noise from the highway. Breakfasts was okay but very same daily.
