helpful staff great value borrowed cutlery
The reception staff were very helpful. The laundry service provided great value. Guests can borrow cutlery from the kitchen next to reception.
I noticed a very slight noise coming from the bathroom.

the location is near jean rey square. the hotel has a modern design. the room was spacious, awesome for extended work periods. i also found a gym with several machines.
the breakfast had limited variety.

spacious room near european institutions
spacious room comfortable bed open lobby
the room was really spacious, i liked that a lot. it had a king size bed, very comfortable, where i slept well (i am usually picky about those things). the lobby had a nice open area with a bar, convenient for meeting friends.
I had some trouble with the hot water. It wasn't always available when i needed it.

adequate but some issues
inflexible management single bathrobe
the management was really inflexible . i booked a room for two, yet i only found one bathrobe and a single set of toiletries. when i asked for another set, they refused and suggested i downgrade to a standard room where such amenities weren't provided.. it really soured my experience. plus, they took a deposit even after i fully paid for the room.

adequate, but COULD improve
loud music significant noise
the MUSIC was terribly LOUD throughout the night. it Interrupted my sleep significantly. the noise Level should definitely be addressed to ensure a more peaceful stay . This is a major drawback.
