the room was really spacious, i liked that a lot. it had a king size bed, very comfortable, where i slept well (i am usually picky about those things). the lobby had a nice open area with a bar, convenient for meeting friends.

I had some trouble with the hot water. It wasn't always available when i needed it.

the management was really inflexible . i booked a room for two, yet i only found one bathrobe and a single set of toiletries. when i asked for another set, they refused and suggested i downgrade to a standard room where such amenities weren't provided.. it really soured my experience. plus, they took a deposit even after i fully paid for the room.

the MUSIC was terribly LOUD throughout the night. it Interrupted my sleep significantly. the noise Level should definitely be addressed to ensure a more peaceful stay . This is a major drawback.
