slow check-ininsufficient soundproofing
The check-in process was not smooth. There was a significant wait. i also found that the noise levels were excessive. it seemed soundproofing was insufficient, particularly from the hallway, hindering sleep before my early flight. street noise also intruded into the room more than i anticipated.

expensive buffetinadequate soundproofing
The breakfast buffet felt quite overpriced. It was more than i wanted to spend for eggs, though the variety was decent. i also found the soundproofing inadequate! i could clearly hear hallway conversations, a problem since i wanted to sleep early before my flight. this noise persisted even late at night. It affected my ability to rest well. it's a shame the hotel didn't manage the noise better.

Really good Stay Near the Airport!

I found the location very convenient. It's only ten minutes from the airport. Check-in was quick. The entire process was easy. The room was spacious, and I appreciated all the amenities available. The gym had good equipment. The pool area was NICE for relaxation.
My only slight issue was the pubic hair on the sheets. I felt the room should have been cleaner for the price.

The room was clean and tidy. That met my basic expectations.
The laundry service was shockingly expensive. It almost cost less to replace my clothes entirely. i felt somewhat cheated by that expense. that policy needs reconsideration.
