My room was clean. The shower had hot water. The wifi worked very well, I liked that. The staff were eager to help with questions and outings. Authentic food prepared by the chef was good too, i loved it.

The hotel offered airport transport, though i needed to pay. Asking for clarification did not help, no reaction received, i needed to pay.

Breakfast included various options. The breakfast had good choices! though, choices were minimal. The staff prepared coffee, but it was not heated enough, so i decided not to drink the coffee.

The staff were helpful. Amar arranged a driver for sightseeing. He also organized a tour to jaipur. ALL the staff were friendly and cute. the room was spacious, and the bed proved comfortable!

The front desk service had issues with responsiveness. My request for hand towels was ignored.
