The noise from the street was relentless, disrupting sleep. The cleanliness in common areas, like the stairs, left much to be desired. I also felt pressured to book overpriced tours through the hotel.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. Noise from the bustling street below persisted throughout the night. this disturbance greatly affected my ability to rest adequately. additionally, the promised daily room cleaning was inconsistent. On one occasion, i returned to find the room untouched. this oversight caused inconvenience and did not meet the expected standards for the price point.

The staff was nice and gave me a free water bottle. That was really useful.
The hot water was a real issue. Most days, my showers were cold. that was disappointing after a long day of travel. i really needed a hot shower but couldn't get one.

My room was clean. The shower had hot water. The wifi worked very well, I liked that. The staff were eager to help with questions and outings. Authentic food prepared by the chef was good too, i loved it.
The hotel offered airport transport, though i needed to pay. Asking for clarification did not help, no reaction received, i needed to pay.

The staff were helpful. Amar arranged a driver for sightseeing. He also organized a tour to jaipur. ALL the staff were friendly and cute. the room was spacious, and the bed proved comfortable!
The front desk service had issues with responsiveness. My request for hand towels was ignored.
