the superior twin room was spacious, offering ample space. breakfasts were excellent, with diverse options. the cooked breakfast was prepared well and presented attractively. the staff were very helpful and polite, always addressing me with a smile.
the lounge seating was limited, filling up quickly with non-residents drinking take-away coffees.

great choiceample space
Breakfast included a fantastic selection for a full Scottish breakfast. The location is ideal, adjacent to Strathclyde Country Park. Staff members were cute upon arrival. The room offered ample space for a family of four.

The room was super clean. The bathroom also sparkled. A big window allowed light into the family room. I enjoyed a view of the loch. The bed was comfortable. The room felt modern.

acceptable, but noisy and with some issues
convenient locationnoisy eventstained carpet
the location was convenient for travel, so that met my needs.
I was given a room near an event marquee, so the music was loud late into the night. It finished at 1:00 am. the carpet also had several stains and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in, showing obvious repairs.
